TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Services
The Studio operates exclusively within design authorship and advisory, defining and documenting the design vision with clarity and discipline.
Our work combines architectural thinking, spatial strategy and creative direction to shape coherent environments — from concept to detail.
The Studio does not provide:
• Architectural licensing or permitting services
• Engineering services
• Construction supervision or site management
• Regulatory or administrative approvals
• Contractor coordination
The Studio’s work is exclusively conceptual and consultative in nature and is not intended to replace the role of licensed architects, engineers or contractors.
Clients must appoint appropriately qualified professionals where required.
All documentation is delivered digitally and structured for precise local realisation.
2. Services
The Studio offers structured services tailored to the needs, objectives and scale of each project, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essentials
Strategic design guidance providing insight to evaluate existing conditions and support informed design decisions.
Studio
Development of the creative direction and spatial concept of the project, from initial vision through to defined layouts and spatial organisation.
Bespoke
Preparation of detailed design documentation intended to support accurate implementation by appropriately qualified local professionals.
Service descriptions are provided for general guidance only and may vary depending on the specific requirements of each project.
The precise scope of services, deliverables, timelines and applicable fees are defined exclusively in the project proposal or written agreement between the parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information and measurements
• Review deliverables promptly
• Engage qualified professionals for implementation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
The Studio is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client or third parties.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees are defined in the project proposal.
Payments are made by bank transfer, unless a specific written agreement is made between the parties.
Work begins only after receipt of the initial payment.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drawings, visuals, documents and creative materials remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables solely for the intended project.
The client may not reproduce, modify, resell or reuse the work for other projects without written permission.
The Studio retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions.
Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
7. Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, scope changes and external factors beyond the Studio’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Studio provides conceptual and advisory services only.
The Studio shall not be liable for:
• Construction outcomes
• Contractor performance
• Implementation errors
• Regulatory approvals
• Financial or commercial results
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Payments for completed work remain due.
Deposits are non-refundable.
10. Force Majeure
The Studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
12. Acceptance
Engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
